2 Stars for the food. I did a lunch take out on Tofu dish. OMG. Extremely salty and not edible. I ended up throwing them away. Customer Service was good. The owner took my order and was friendly enough. Like one of the reviews above, I would rather go across the street and get a take out from Panda Express. Disappointed for wasting the money on food that was not edible.

The service and experience were very nice. Clean restaurant and we enjoyed the chips and tea they have on the table at the beginning of the meal. The food was fine. I ordered the beef and broccoli which was pretty good. The egg roll and dumpling that came with the meal were sub-par. The food was no better than any other average Chinese place. We enjoyed it but I don't know that I'd go out of the way to eat there again.

I had 3 entrees delivered to my home. All three lacked taste, the vegetables were over processed and very thin. Sauces were thinned out so they lost flavor. 1-10 I give them a 2+.. I have to update my review to five stars now. On my last day of school I decided to make the trek to Twin Dragon out of my way to grab some dinner before heading back to the GV. Totally worth the out of the way trip. I'm sad I don't live closer to Twin Dragon but will most certainly make out of the way trips to pick up something to go. I ordered the wonton soup and shrimp fried rice. And...OMG. STILL DELICIOUS!I miss them - they were so nice to me and the order took all of maybe seven minutes to get to me. I wish they delivered all the way to the DTC. :( The portions are great - I could make the wonton soup in a meal of it's own. It's my fave Chinese place in town...or...out of town.

The establishment was nice, clean and the staff very friendly. 4 Stars for all of that.2 stars for the food. FIrst off, the Hot & Sour soup was pretty good. The complimentary tea was nice as well. However, the lunch specials the two of us had were not very good. I got Spicy Tangy Beef and my mother got got the Sweet and Sour shrimp. The problem with both dishes was that the meat was small and the it was all coated in a super thick batter. It was 80% breading to meat ratio. The sauce on the beef dish was just ok, nothing special.Additionally the "two" appetizers that come with the lunch special were pretty mediocre. The beef wonton again was super thick in breading and was really soggy for being fried. The 1/3rd of an egg roll tasted ok but again was in a super thick wonton wrapper/breading and was soggy too. It was like they were made yesterday and reheated in the microwave and not prepared fresh. As many other reviewers commented on, I would agree and say that I would prefer to go to Panda Express across the street.Too bad as this place used to have good reviews, but they have not been so good lately. Did something change with the kitchen? Consider doing a light rice flour batter (Or something along those lines) and not be so skimpy on the meat.Lastly they have a Yelp sticker on the door as well as Ch. 7 A-List from 2010 etc. These need to be updated as it is not reflective of todays food.

They deliver and were pretty quick about it and that is where the good points in this review stop.We ordered the Kung Pao shrimp which was seriously all peppers and three shrimp. Three. For 12.95$. I must say that the spring rolls and fried wontons that were included were absolutely delicious and crispy. Also ordered the yashang happy family and cashew chicken. Each were 12.95$ and had very little meat inside. The ratio of cashew to chicken was literally 40:5. If I wanted to eat creamy cashew sauce for dinner, that is what I would have ordered. Rice was bland, but hey, white rice is always bland. They offer canned sodas with lunch and only deliver from 11-3:30. I probably won't be back because I can get MORE food at a cheaper price someplace else.

Called in for delivery and lady said it would take 45min cause they were really busy but only 10min if I went in and picked up. I went in to pick up and there wasnt a single person in the dining room. Not only did I have to pick up myself, they added a Coke to my order which I never placed. The food is bland at best. I would rather have gone to Panda Express. Their egg roll meat looked like my dogs food and the food itself was super greasy. I thought greasy food was supposed to have a lot of flavor to it? Did not finish my meal and ended up in the garbage can. Will not be going back.

I was ordering take out tonight and the customer service on the other line was terrible. I wasn't 100% sure about the menu and the togo host or whoever it was taking my order had no interest in helping me with the menu options. I had asked about the "yushang beef" which is the beef with a garlic sauce, and I had seen the garlic sauce option so I asked the guy what the option was and he laughed at me as if he was insulted by my question...he than said, "you mean the yushang beef?" I love the food, but I am giving my opinion on the customer service...I have a BA in Food Service Management and, have worked in restaurants my entire life. You don't create return customers by insulting them because you are bored with your job. Most people are not very familiar with Chinese menus to begin with; working at a Chinese restaurant you should be happy and helpful talking people through the menu!

Not good. I've ordered takeout twice, and both times the food lacked, y'know, flavor. Also both times, it was more greasy than I would prefer. This time around, I ordered orange beef that was well-nigh inedible. It was soggy and the beef was the toughest leather I've ever tried to eat. Most of it went into the garbage. Maybe the food is better when you eat there, but I'm not going to bother.

While I have always enjoyed the food here, I was very disappointed in my server today. I received an email yesterday with the subject line, "Half price off any entree!" Basically I just had to go to Denver's 7 A-list & vote for them like I do every year & write down my A-list user name on the printed out email. So I did that before leaving for lunch. After I was seated I gave the server the printed out email, he read it over, then says, "It looks like you get half off your entree." Which is what I saw. My food came shortly after and as I was eating it, the server comes over to me and says that I can't actually use the coupon and get the half off because I would have to have bought a full price entree to get the half off an entree. I asked him where it said that and he brought over the email to me and he highlighted it. Obviously I made a mistake and did not see that part, and if I and, I wouldn't be sitting there all alone trying to use a coupon I couldn't use. He obviously did not see it either when he read it over before he put my food order in and said to me, "It looks like you get half off your entree."OK, I understand I did not read the email correctly, but being that he read it the same way I did, I would have thought he would have honored it. If he would have told me that it said I had to purchase a full price entree before getting a half price entree before he put in my order, I would have just said that I'll come back then when I can use it. It was too late after I was already chewing on my food.If I were a server I would have explained to the customer what the coupon was actually for, but that because I had read it incorrectly as well and already brought out the food, that I would honor it. That's good customer service!!!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaa....Ha.Alright, sooooo I have never eaten at an asian restaurant where the utensil of choice is a fork-- usually there are chop sticks laid out and when they see you are a whitey, they bring over the tines, however, there were no chop sticks to be readily found in this restaurant.I am sure that for the area, Twin Dragon is a good find since their food was alright, but I come from California, which is the land of plenty authentic food options, and Twin Dragon just doesn't make the cut.If it's late, and you are feeling some asian cuisine, then don't let me review stop you, but also don't be upset when I get to say "I told you so"

This is a decent Chinese restaurant, the best I've found so far in Englewood. The food is almost always OK. I only once had a bad experience: one Sunday night their chicken tasted stale. The service is good, and the prices are reasonable. It is a large restaurant, so they can accommodate large groups. It is clean. They have an aquarium with goldfish that reminds me of the one my late father had. They have an extensive menu, with some dishes that you don't find at most Chinese restaurants.
